Short version: we collect almost nothing, we sell nothing, and there's nothing here to monetise you with.
This is a static website. It has no accounts, no tracking pixels and no advertising. If we use analytics, it is aggregate, privacy-respecting measurement (no cross-site tracking, no sale of data). Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log standard request data (IP address, user agent) under Google's own privacy policy.
When you enter, nominate, or email us, we receive what you send: your name, contact details, the URLs and context of the work, and any data access you choose to share for verification. We use it solely to run the awards — pre-scoring, verification, shortlists, winner notification and badge delivery. Verification access (e.g. read-only Google Search Console) is used only for verification, never retained beyond the judging cycle, and never shared outside the panel process.
Shortlisted and winning entries are published by name (person/company and category). We do not publish your contact details, your traffic numbers, or any verification data — only the outcome.
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: awards@seoawards.org. We answer within 30 days. If you're in the UK/EU, you have the usual GDPR rights and we honour them without the theatre.
