Entering the awards

• Entry and nomination are free. Nobody at the awards will ever ask you for money to enter, to win, to attend, or to keep a badge. If someone does, it's a scam — report it to awards@seoawards.org.
• You confirm the work you enter is yours (or your client's, entered with their permission) and that what you submit is accurate.
• Shortlisted entries are verified against independent data (Ahrefs; optionally your Search Console or analytics). Misrepresenting results is grounds for disqualification and a permanent ban — and yes, we check.
• Judges cannot enter; judges' companies cannot enter; founder-affiliated entrants are disclosed with the Head Judge recused. Panel decisions are final.
• Work must fall within the eligibility window stated on the entry page for that cycle.

Badges

Winner and finalist badges are licensed free of charge, permanently, to the named winner/finalist for the named year and category, per the badge usage rules. The licence ends only if the award is revoked for misrepresentation.
